Pradeep and Rukshan Samanthilaka, two brothers hailing from the lush landscapes of Western Sri Lanka, share a deep-rooted connection to the land. Their family’s traditional agricultural background in Padukka, Colombo district, instilled in them a reverence for nature and a passion for cultivation.

But Pradeep and Rukshan are not content with merely tilling the soil as their ancestors did. They believe that agriculture is not just about tradition—it’s about evolution. Guided by this wisdom, they embarked on a journey that would transform their lives and contribute to a greener, more sustainable world.

In the heart of Sri Lanka, Pradeep and Rukshan established Greengrow Agriculture, an innovative startup that bridges the gap between tradition and modernity. Our focus plant propagation through tissue culture, a Cleantech. This cutting-edge technique allows us to produce healthy, disease-free plants with remarkable genetic uniformity.

In our entrepreneurial venture and as a startup, we direct our efforts toward sustainability objectives by cultivating bamboo plantations.
